When having ordered items from Roxy Cosmetics you agree to our shipping policy. 


The address provided is where the order will be sent to. Any mistakes made to the address cannot be changed after the confirmation email has been received. Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund as Roxy Cosmetics cannot be held accountable for these mistakes.


We do not offer refund for any lost packages as we are not responsible for postage issues. 


Standard shipping is an affordable option for customers who don’t mind a small wait. This does not include a tracking number.


All orders will ship within 3-5 business days after purchase.
